Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Perform general administrative tasks, including handling phone calls, emails, files, meeting minutes, mailings, and deliveries.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Draft business letters, memos, and notes in both English and Nepali.
Assist in managing office correspondence.
Greet and assist clients and visitors.
Handle outdoor tasks such as collecting and delivering documents on behalf of the office.
Support the HR and accounts team with basic documentation and data entry.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or training sessions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA)or Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Business Studies(BBS) or a minimum of +2 (Higher Secondary).
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, etc.)
Must have a two wheeler valid driving license.
