Job Description
Prepare Test plans and test cases.
Test and document software
Execute tests (manual/automated)
Participate in technical meetings with technical team and other stakeholders
Manage Tests and quality assurance activities Liaison between the customers and the technical team.
Analyze business and software requirements
Learn and understand software use
Read technical documentation and software user manuals
Test cases/scripts preparation and review.
Test environment setup
Defect/bug reporting
Design QA strategy for the entire project.
Skills:
Experience in Cypress and Javascript.
Familiarity with Python and Selenium is beneficial.
Ability to analyze business and software requirements.
Willingness to learn and adapt to Quality Assurance processes.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Ability to read and understand technical documents.
Knowledge of UML diagrams (Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram).
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Ability to execute manual and automated test cases.
Ability to perform non-functional testing such as performance and security testing.
Involvement in process improvement and enhancement initiatives.
Qualities we are looking for:
Know the theory of Software Engineering
Have acquaintance with agile methodologies.
Love to test software
Have the zeal to explore new technologies
Have worked in SQL and database management systems
Knowledge of Linux,GIT is an additional value
Self motivated
Education:Bachelors in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
Experience: At least one year experience
Working hours: 9am- 6pm, 5 days a week.
